1. Cartagena, Colombia

This walled South American treasure offers one of the most fresh street foods on this list. Fruit, juice, and macheted coconuts can be found everywhere, as are little plastic cups of sugary Colombian coffee. Its ceviche and shrimp cocktails remind you that you are sunbathing on the coast while arepas and empanadas have the savory pastry game on lock.
